Working Principle
This high-level palletizing system integrates climbing conveyors, slow-stop shaping machines, direction changing machines, grouping machines, bag pushers, layer machines, elevators, pallet warehouses, pallet conveyors, palletizing conveyors, elevated platforms, and advanced control systems. The system ensures superior stack quality with neat, secure stacking that prevents loosening. Upper and lower conveyors press and shape packages into regular rectangular forms. The control system utilizes Siemens (SIEMENS) programmable controllers, inverters, photoelectric switches, and magnetic switches to coordinate transportation, grouping, and stacking operations.
