Speed Measuring Device
FH type floating scale series belt scale generally utilizes the PLR-12R type speed measuring device. This device consists of a speed measuring sensor and speed measuring roller, directly fixed on the conveying frame with the roller suspended on the return belt. Friction drives the roller rotation to measure speed.
Speed sensors are carbon brushless pulse generators that emit pulse series, with each pulse representing a unit of belt travel. Pulse frequency is proportional to belt speed. The speed sensor comprises a carbon brushless pulse generator and cast aluminum housing with protection level reaching IP65.
