Brief Introduction
The belt pellet packing machine is designed for quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistance for special materials in pellet shape. Scope of Application
High-speed measuring and sub-packaging for fertilizer, agrochemical, feed stuff, chemical material, and sugar industries. Suitable for materials containing certain moisture or loose, sticky, loose stripe-type, fiber materials with sizes below 10cm in various shapes including flake, ball, and out-of-shape types. Examples include fertilizer, compound fertilizer, bagasse, sawdust, ores, manure, and flaky brimstone.
Working Principle
Material is fed into the surge bin through the customer's hopper. The homogenizing system agitates the material to vent contained gas and prevent bridge formation during packing. Material is then filled into bags through a frequency converter-controlled screw. When reaching the target weight, feeding stops and the filled bag is ready for manual or automatic discharge, preparing for the next filling cycle.
